Quick answers

Why am I asked to purchase when creating a project?

Your first 3 project creations include the full Before → After → PDF workflow, including Ghost, annotations and branding. Creating a fourth project requires a one-time purchase. The allowance is cumulative: deleting a project does not restore a free slot. Check the price shown in the app for your region.

Can I keep working without purchasing?

Yes. Existing projects remain available for viewing, adding photos, editing, PDF exports and full backups. Only creating additional projects after the free allowance requires the one-time unlock.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings → GlossPair Unlimited → Restore Purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring uses Apple’s services and needs an internet connection. A restored purchase unlocks project creation; it does not restore projects or photos.

How do I move or recover my projects?

Use Settings → Full Backup & Restore to export your library, then import the backup on the destination device. Save a full backup before deleting the app or changing devices. Backups are not encrypted by GlossPair, so choose a destination you trust. The developer cannot remotely recover photos stored only on your device.

How do I export a PDF report?

Open a project, choose Export Report → PDF Report, select your pairs and report options, then Generate PDF Report. Use Share or Save to Files for the finished report. Review photos, notes and customer details before sharing.

How do I enable camera access?

Open iOS Settings, find GlossPair and enable Camera permission. GlossPair uses the camera for project photos and does not request microphone or location access.
